- We are a team of seasoned travel professional who plan luxury travel for our clients throughout the world. We help plan both leisure and business travel for our clients. Our teams’ travel expertise ranges from planning the perfect African Safari, to the most intimate experience in Hawaii, or planning a family villa in Tuscany or finding the best business class flight for your next corporate trip. Our Travel Planning Process!
- Contact us to discuss your trip. Call us at 815.541.4319, contact us through our chat feature on the website (bottom right hand corner), email us at info@thetimelytraveler.com, or fill out our travel planner form. We have a small travel planning fee for our travelers (depending on complexity of trip).
- Our team will put together an initial itinerary for you to review. We will email you the itinerary and discuss feedback (and make any changes or tweaks).
- Once you are happy with the itinerary, we’ll get everything booked for you and often only a small deposit is needed to hold the trip. We’ll apply final payment when it is due and provide you with all of the necessary travel documents.
- Take your dream trip and we are here if you need anything.
- Return from travel and contact us again for your next dream trip (no travel planning fee on repeat travelers).
