We had dreamed of a sunset sailing cruise in Maui. We had always drooled over others pictures and videos of the stunning water and beautiful backdrops. It was on our list to try in Maui and we were finally about to embark on the experience.
We ultimately decided to travel with Maui Sail, as their Lahaina Champagne Sunset Sailing option seemed perfect for us. It departed at 5p from the harbor and the sail focused on a smaller group setting. This created a more intimate experience than some of the larger ships
Our sail included beverages (local brewed beers, mai-tais, wine & champagne) and also pupus (appetizers). The journey was along the picturesque Maui Coast for two hours taking in the stunning views.

We hope that you enjoyed the pictures! It was a great experience and we certainly recommend a sunset tour in Maui. This is one of the “must do” items while in Hawaii. Similar to the Road to Hana and a Kauai Helicopter tour.
