Timely Tip – Always Ask for an Upgrade

We have one rule when traveling, which many of you are probably familiar with if we’ve helped you with a trip.  We always recommend asking for an upgrade. As travel consultants, we can often get you upgrades and additional perks as well (but it doesn’t hurt for you to ask too).  This is applicable to hotel check-in, rental car pick-up or anytime when this is a possibility.  If there is availability, we find that the hotel or rental car companies are willing to make this change. Also, don’t  hesitate to mention that you are celebrating a special occasion such as an anniversary, special getaway, honeymoon, babymoon, etc (if you really are celebrating).
